William Primett - Animism
A composition performed with the Liquid Interface for Musical Expression (LIME), made from recycled materials and components. Animism proposes a new approach to interaction that makes use of intricate gestures in water. The performer is gradually exposed in a state of playfulness as they get lost in sound and vibration. William is a designer of immersive content, taking inspiration from nature to ground the human body within the digital realms of sound art, graphics and theatre. Moving onto a Masters in Creative Computing at Goldsmiths, University of London, he seeks to use this approach to investigate methods for accessible interaction for enhanced virtual experiences.
